Eye Shadow #13 - Smudged softly into upper and lower lash lines with a smudge brush into a soft rounded shape, place the same shadow into the crease in a semi-circle to sculpt the eye shape more soft and round reference a 1970’s Biba look.
Lash Fibers- Apply 2 coats and fan your lashes to gather them into small clusters to accentuate the “1970’s Biba” look.
The lashes: AQUA Smoky Lash- Apply onto tops and undersides of lashes and then a fan across the ends to gather and separate to accentuate the center and make more spiky.
Rouge Artist Intense #42 and AQUA Lip #8C- Apply lip pencil all over to shape and create a long last base, then apply lipstick in center and pat with fingers for a stained effect.

Simple Steps to the Perfect Eye with Aqua Shadow

Step 1
Apply Aqua Shadow #28 directly onto the upper eyelid starting from the lash line and working up to the brow bone to create a highlighting effect.

Step 2
Apply Aqua Shadow #20 to the crease of the eyelid without defining the outer corner (open banana) and then blend it toward the top using the 14S Brush with forward and backward movements from the outer corner to the inner corner of the eye. Blend quickly before the texture dries.

Step 3
Blend it (step 2) toward the top using the 14S Brush with forward and backward movements from the outer corner to the inner corner of the eye. Blend quickly before the texture dries.

Step 4
Draw along the upper lash line with Aqua Shadow #6, making sure that the lead is well sharpened. Then blend in the color using the Brush 2S starting from the outer corner working toward the inner corner to achieve a smoky finish. Do not forget to apply color between the lashes for maximum intensity.

Step 5
Draw along the lower lash line and color in the rim for a more intense result.

Step 6
Finish by applying Aqua Smoky Lash mascara. For an intense result, repeat the application.
